This notice explains which information is received through the contact form, how it is used and how you can exercise your rights.
Information collected
The form and assistant request a name, email address, project type and status, optional website address, goal, qualification answers, estimated timeline and budget. The page where the request began is also recorded. Passwords, identity documents, financial information and sensitive personal data are not requested.
The IP address may be used temporarily and in summarised form to limit abusive submissions. The hosting provider may also create technical logs required for security and service operation.
Purposes of processing
- Receive, review and answer the request.
- Understand the initial project scope and prepare the next step in the conversation.
- Send a confirmation email containing the request summary and reference.
- Prevent automated messages, fraud and abusive form use.
- Keep communications related to a possible contractual relationship and meet legal obligations where applicable.
Information sent through this form will not be used for mass advertising or sold to third parties.
Authorisation and retention
Authorisation is requested before the form is submitted and is not selected by default. The received message keeps a record of that authorisation. Information is retained for the time needed to answer the request and meet obligations arising from the relationship, then securely removed when it is no longer needed.
Providers and data circulation
Web hosting and email providers may process information only to transmit, protect and deliver the request. If a project requires another provider or additional transfer, this will be explained in advance where required.
Your rights
You may access, update and correct your data; request information about its use; request evidence of authorisation; withdraw authorisation or request deletion where applicable. You may also file a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after completing the corresponding direct procedure.

Cookies and measurement
This version of the website does not use advertising, behavioural profiles, tracking cookies or external analytics. The assistant records aggregated counts of opens, starts, qualification, contact access and submissions, grouped by page. These metrics do not contain names, email addresses, project messages, answers or IP addresses.
The assistant may temporarily store the project type, status, goal, answers, timeline and estimated budget in the browser session so the conversation can continue across pages. That information is not transmitted as a request until the person reviews, authorises and submits it.
The selected light or dark colour theme is stored locally in the browser. It is not used for tracking and is not sent with the contact request.
Legal framework and updates
This notice was prepared under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its applicable regulations. Any change will be published at this same address with its update date.
Confirmed infrastructure: the website is hosted by Hostinger and the published contact channel is email. No phone number is currently displayed.
